Donovan: G’day Thundercat, how are you?

Thundercat: Good, good – busy. Not only is my new course coming out this week, things are exploding on the blog. Between Tyler stepping down from Real Social Dynamics and Ross Jeffries being a devil worshiper, I don’t know what to focus on!

Donovan: Ha ha… sounds like Christmas came early for TC.

Thundercat: Nah. These guys aren’t going anywhere, they’ll be around forever. I just want to focus on more positive things.

Donovan: Like your upcoming course?

Thundercat: Helping guys out, yeah. That’s fun for me.

Donovan: So let me ask you this – over the pat few months, you’ve been releasing these videos showing you in potentially embarrassing situations. What’s the point of them?

Thundercat: Well, all my life, I’ve always been really insecure about my looks. Being overweight, bald, etc. doesn’t really help your self esteem. But I found a way to overcome that and get the type of success I always wanted.

So even though I now know that looks aren’t as important as I once believed them to be, there are still a LOT of guys out there who think because they don’t look like a male model, they can’t get the type of women they want.

The videos were all meant to show guys that if a fat, bald, ugly shlub like me can get hot chicks, then anyone can.

Donovan: But do you really believe looks don’t matter?

Thundercat: I believe appearance matters. The better you can make yourself look, the better off you are. But if you’re not tall, not skinny, not muscular, with a big nose or big ears and no hair on your head – what can you do about that?

Nothing. You’re stuck with the way you look.

So you have two options – either play the victim and dispair over the fact that you’re not genetically what you want to be, or work with what you got and get what you want anyway.

I used to play the victim. Even when I was going out 5 nights a week to the clubs, in the back of my mind, I didn’t believe I could succeed because I didn’t think I had the looks.

It wasn’t until I was able to overcome that limiting belief that I was able to have the kind of success I really wanted with women.

So yeah, I’ve come to believe physical looks don’t matter. But you still have to look as good as you can. Shower, groom, smell nice, dress nice, etc.

Donovan: I know what you mean. It seems like its easy to resent good looking guys, when in reality, they don’t have that many advantages over other guys.

Thundercat: To be honest with you, I used to really resent good looking guys. They never realize how their looks help them with women, and I resented the fact that it came easy for them.

But the fact is, good looking guys have just as much trouble with women as average guys do, because lots of them never bother to develop an interesting personality or sense of humor. And once a girl gets past your looks, what then? She’ll get bored and move on if there’s not more to you.

We’ve all been in situations where we’ve grown attracted to someone we weren’t attracted to at first. That’s the advantage of having a great personality – it gives us a chance to win the girl over to us!

Sure, if we’re not the girl’s physical type, we can’t just go up and get a 10 minute lay. But luckily, girls are wired a little different from guys, and how you can make a girl feel emotionally will usually outweigh her initial physical attraction.

Take me for instance… I have a LOT of women tell me I’m attractive. Just to give you an idea, I’m close to 300 pounds. I shave my head. I think I’m hideous. But these girls think I’m attractive! Why is that?

Its because when they’re around me, I make them feel good! They get turned on because I know what buttons to hit and how to hit them.

I use my personality to subtly create intense feelings of connection, fun, and intrigue.

Its counter-intuitive, I know. But it works (and thank god it does!).

Donovan: So what inspired you to make this Pure Personality course?

Thundercat: Well, it really came down to my friends. All my friends are better looking guys than me. Some are taller, all are thinner, and most have been blessed with a wonderful head of hair, lol.

So when we’d go out to the clubs together, they of course would get all the female attention, and I’d have to really fight and claw to get anywhere with a girl when they were around.

Tather than try to compete with my friends, I had to find a different tactic. One where I wasn’t trying to “out game” them or be at the mercy of their physical attractiveness.

So I came up with the Personality stuff.

By using my Personality, I was able to sit back, have a good time, help my friends meet girls, and relax. And when I did that, I started to get more attention than my better looking friends!

Focusing on personality really helped me level the playing field, because even though my friends were better looking, I was where the party was at, so the girls came to me.

That’s where the genisis of the course came from. I thought “Hey, if it can work for a shlub like me, it can work for others too!”

Looks, age, weight, skin color – whatever you think holds you back with women, if you go the right personality, you can overcome it.

Donovan: But everyone has a personality. How does Pure Personality help guys bring out their personality instead of just cloning yours?

Thundercat: Because I go into the process of getting people addicted to who YOU ARE. Not who I am. I don’t share any pre-canned routines in the course, rather, I give step by step instructions on how to tailor the techniques to your situation.

I give you the tools for how to be more funny, how to be more engaging, how to work a room, how to tell a good story, how to keep a conversation going, and many other things.

And then, I show you how to use elements of your personality and your beliefs, interests, and experiences, and apply them to those tools.

So what you get is a good approximation of “natural” game, witht he structure routines give you.

The best example of this is my Conversational Ninjitsu tactic.

This is a tactic you can use to keep any conversation going strong for as long as you want it. It is a 6 step system, but the outcome mimics a real conversation because you actually have to pay attention to what’s being said by the girl.

Everyone I share it with is really amazed.

So you won’t see a bunch of “Thundercat” clones running around out there with this course (heaven forbid). You’ll see guys being able to tailor it to suit their own needs, so no one is “fronting.”

And it works great with every other school of seduction out there, because its all based on what you project to the world about who you already are, rather than what you say or do.

Donovan: You mentioned that conversation skills are a big part of your course. What makes Pure Personality different than say, other “conversation” products out there?

Thundercat: Well, the first is that its not all about conversation. It’s about how to be funny, how to properly tease a girl (so many guys do that wrong!), how to build your reputation and meet lots of people quickly and easily.

Conversation is a part of it, but it isn’t the whole thing. Conversation is a tool you use to show people your personality and get them addicted to it.

It’s also much more naturalistic than other conversation methods out there. It’s not robotic, its fluid. Its like “Jeet Kun Do” for talking. You change and adapt based on what you say and what they other person says, just like a real conversation, but you have guideposts to help you out.

You know when to toss in a joke, how to make it funny, when to tell a story, when to listen, when to excuse yourself, etc.

The product is more about how to be social than anything else. Its great for guys who are shy or introverted.

Donovan: So you’re saying it goes deeper than just conversation skills?

Thundercat: Oh yeah. it goes to the core of who you are. It’s about being an attractive guy, and seeing who picks up on that.

Think of the word “attractive” for a minute. To “attract” something is to pull something towards you based on qualities that thing seeks out.

When you’re attracting women, women need to come to YOU, and the only way that will happen is if they see something they like and desire.

They might not desire a 300 lbs. bald guy, but they sure desire the feeling they get when they laugh, and have a good time, and feel protected and safe and happy. That’s what this course is all about.

Donovan: Okay, I like what I hear. So how much is the package, and if I ordered it, what do I get?

Thundercat: Well, the course is BIG, so its going to cost a little money, but its nowhere near as expensive as some of the other courses people have been putting out.

Basically, you get a series of video tutorials, audio interviews, training assignments, and manuals – all covering specific aspects of the system.

And keep in mind, this IS a system. Its not just a bunch of attributes you learn willie-nilly. Its a process you go through, so its very structured.

Donovan: How does pure personality differ from Renegade Rapport? They seem to overlap on many topics, or have I got that wrong?

Thundercat: They don’t so much overlap as they compliment each other.

See – a lot of my game is based on internal state, beliefs, confidence, and interpersonal interaction. Renegade Rapport is about how to build deep connections rapidly – sometimes before even talking to a girl.

Pure Personality is about getting as many girls as you can to pay interest to you so you can gain those connections.

So if Renegade Rapport is about how to get a girl to fall in love with you, then Pure Personality is about how to get a girl interested in you – so the “falling in love” part becomes easier.

But more than that, Pure Personality is about teaching guys to have fun! Its about showing them how to get out of their head, how to stop being nervous, how to stop being introverted, and have fun around really attractive girls – something so many guys have trouble with.

Pure Personality is also about helping guys get away from the bad beliefs they have about themselves. Its about giving them the tools they need to feel attractive, instead of trying to “fake” it.

Donovan: So if I got access to Pure Personality tomorrow, how would I put it into practice?

I thought this video was cool. It was the chick from Vh1′s Rock of Love. I watched every episode of that show… for some reason.

A while back I was at a club for a private charity event. The guy throwing this event spared no expense, and shipped in some of the HOTTEST girls I’d ever seen from lord knows where.

There were lots of models, dancers, and eye candy all over the place.

This included Body Painted Girls. These are models who are basically NAKED, but have clothes (usually lingerie) painted on their body.

So they’re naked, and yet NOT naked. (Talk about a punch to the brain!)

Anyway, one of these body painted girls was simply GORGEOUS. She had long blond hair, a smoking body – and EVERYONE in the club couldn’t take their eyes off her.

And when I say everyone, I mean EVERYONE. Guys AND Girls couldn’t stop staring at how hot this girl was.

Naturally, I decided to approach her – even though I knew the odds were against me. (Let’s be honest, when a girl is in that high value of a position, it’s hard to make time with her.)

As I got closer to this girl, I suddenly realized I KNEW HER.

See – I’m a fan of reality television, and one of my favorite shows is Rock Of Love on VH1.

As it turns out, this hot body paint girl was actually ON THAT SHOW! She was one of the girls who was trying to date Brett Michaels.

So I opened her with that little factoid. As it turns out, I was the ONLY person in the club who recognized her, and that instantly made me stand out.

We spoke on and off the whole night. She was a very sweet girl and we actually hit it off right from the start.

Eventually, I ended up driving her home after the party, and we’ve become close friends since then.

So when I asked her to sit down and let me interview her for the benefit of my students, she was more than willing to oblige.

See, her name is Kristia, and not only is she a model and actress, she’s also a professional go-go dancer in Las Vegas. She works at various clubs dancing on the poles. (If any of you out there have ever been to Vegas, you know the type of girl I’m talking about.)

So Kristia is a super-hot chick who gets hit on by guys CONSTANTLY.

Not only that, but all her friends are super hot chicks who get hit on constantly! So she knows more about how attraction works than most people do.

And in my interview with her, she reveals some really amazing insights about how to attract super-hot girls.

Whether or not you like Thundercat, most agree that he has access and influence that few others have in the community. It reminds me of the David Deangelo interview with Marie that was just amazing, and really opened my eyes to the way women think.

You know, a funny thing happened to me the other day.

I was in line at the supermarket, and before me was a rather beautiful latina woman. And oddly enough, the first thing that popped into my head was:

“She probably has a boyfriend.”

But then, I caught myself.

See, I noticed she didn’t have a ring on her finger, so I knew she wasn’t married. And she was so pretty, I couldn’t believe she was single. But the point was — I didn’t know!

This is a really common habit most guys can fall into. They look for ways to sabotage themselves before they even try talking to a woman.

They think things like…

“She’s probably taken.”

“I’m probably not her type.”

“She’ll probably reject me.”

Blah, blah, blah.

All these thoughts are, is an attempt to justify our fear of approaching women!

This is our brain trying to give us a “way out” without us feeling bad about it.

But the simple fact remains: You don’t know if any of it is true.

YOU SIMPLY DON’T KNOW.

And the only way you’re really going to know is if you take a chance and find out!

Even though I was in dumpy clothes, hadn’t yet showered, and was sporting a 3-day old beard, I decided to approach this beautiful young woman in front of me.

And you know what?

She DIDN’T have a boyfriend.

But she DID give me her number!

Had I given into my brain’s attempt to sabotage my desire to meet this woman and give into my nervousness about approaching her in the state I was in, I would never have had that success.

There are two things you must always remember to protect yourself from self-sabotage when it comes to women.

1. If you have a negative thought that contains the word “probably”, “can’t”, or “won’t”, then chances are that thought is trying to SABOTAGE you.

2. You never know for sure until you attempt to meet a woman.

These two simple rules are EXTREMELY important in overcoming your inability to approach.

The fact is, most women are open to meeting you. And if they aren’t, they’ll tell you.

But if they ARE, that’s when the fun begins!

It’s really a “how-to” guide in overcoming all your problems with meeting women.

And remember, meeting women is the most important step in the process of attracting them! After all, you can’t do anything until

I know, I know, you’ve heard this puppy before. “Every woman is attracted to a confident guy” right?

Well, yes, this is right. Ask any girl, and they will always tell you that confidence is an incredibly attractive trait in a man. But here’s the problem with this statement and why most guys roll their eyes when they hear it…

NO ONE EVER TELLS YOU HOW TO BE CONFIDENT!

Most books will give you some artsy-fartsy psychobabble about what you need to do to be more confident, like imagining yourself to be 50 feet tall and shining with power. Other products might tell you to “fake it until you make it” and just try to act confident around women when you’re really scared silly deep inside.

The problem with these tactics is that THEY DON’T WORK!

Seriously, you’d be better off watching linoleum peel than try to follow that advice.

The time you spend mentally masturbating as you imagine yourself being really giant and glistening with power is much better spent
doing things that will actually get you results once you open your eyes.

And faking confidence will backfire on you the second you get rejected, and you’re going to feel like a fake, a loser, and a complete failure with women. Then you’ll spend the next day/week/month beating yourself up and wallowing in self pity.

Both of these tactics are COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE to getting more success with women.

So that brings us back to where we started: How do you become more confident?

Well, there is a way to do it. But it’s not simple OR fast acting.

In fact, it’s quite hard.

I hesitate to bring it up because it’s not something that can be done overnight, so if you’re looking for a quick fix, I’m afraid I can’t help you. But being confident in yourself is SO IMPORTANT that I can’t ignore this topic completely.

In my book, The Art Of Approaching, I devoted an entire SECTION to this topic and teaching you how to truly make a real change and become more confident in yourself. And since I can’t fit all of it into this little ecourse, I’ll just cover the basics.

First off, I want you to understand that your lack of confidence comes from your current BELIEF SYSTEM.

If you get nervous around women, or rehearse failure or bad things in your mind, it’s because you’ve TRAINED YOURSELF to believe that way.

When we’re born, we don’t have a set of beliefs pre-installed within us. We are a blank slate! Completely free of any negative
thoughts or beliefs.

But as we grow up, our experiences and our upbringing helps to shape that which we believe about ourselves. Sometimes those
beliefs are correct. Other times, those beliefs are dead wrong.

For instance, let’s say the first time you liked a girl in first grade, you tried to kiss her or something, and all the kids made fun of you for “liking a girl.” So you were ashamed and suffered through all the teasing.

After that, you became afraid to approach a girl you liked because early on, you learned to associate that shame you felt when those kids ridiculed you with approaching a woman you liked.

See how that works?

That’s just one example. There are TONS of different ways we come to accept counter-productive beliefs.

The real trick in fixing this and helping to RE-TRAIN yourself to feel good feelings and be confident is self-examination.

You have to take a good, hard look at who you are and what you believe. Otherwise, you will just keep doing what you’ve always
done! And if you’re reading this email, chances are what you’ve been doing hasn’t been working too well for you!

So here’s what I want you to do…

Sit down with a piece of paper and a pen, and think about a problem you have. For example:

“I get scared when I see a woman I like and can’t talk to them.”

Then, analyze your statement and ask:

“Why do I feel that way?”

So let’s say you get scared because you think the girl is going to slap you across the face and call you a loser. Write that down on the paper. Then ask yourself:

“Why do I believe that?”

Really THINK about the answer to this question. Maybe when you were younger, you saw your big brother get slapped by a woman and called a loser, so you associated that reaction with approaching a woman.

Write your answer down.

Once you figure out your answer, then ask “Is that something that is logical to believe?”

Chances are, the answer is NO.

Then ask yourself: “What should I believe instead of this?” Then write down your answer. So in this case, let’s say you write down that you’re going to believe that instead of getting slapped and called a loser, the woman will smile at you and be happy to talk to you.

Now, the next time you see a woman you want to approach, and you feel that fear, you know it’s because of that negative belief you got from watching your brother at a young age. Then tell yourself “This woman is going to smile and be happy to talk to me.” Say it as many times as it takes. Repeat this belief to yourself over and over until it overtakes the bad belief, and then go talk to the girl!

You’ll be really surprised at the results you get from this simple technique.

I could go on for hours on how to build real confidence. This is just the tip of the iceberg. In my book, The Art Of Approaching, I devote chapter after chapter to just the subject of retraining yourself to be more confident so you can not only be more successful with women, but in ALL areas of your life.

I break it down in a simple, step-by-step way, and tell you EXACTLY what you have to do to change all your negative beliefs that are holding you back.
