I did a Q&A with the founder of Love Systems and author of Magic Bullets to find out what to expect at the upcoming Super Conference in Las Vegas, Oct 9-11th, 2009 is about:

Q: What is the Love Systems Super Conference?

The Love Systems Super Conference is the big annual event for people learning, teaching, or studying how to attract, date, and seduce beautiful women. It’s where the best of the best dating coaches come to share ideas, network, and of course to present their newest and best breakthroughs. It is three days filled with seminars, live exercises, and infield (going out to meet women with dating coaches instructing you).

It started as the Mystery Method Super Conference back in 2005 but renamed to Love Systems Super Conference in 2007. Past speakers have included:

- Mystery PUA (aka Erik Von Markovik, of VH1 The Pickup Artist, creator of The Mystery Method)
- Style (aka Neil Strauss, author of The Game)
- Savoy (author of Magic Bullets)

All Love Systems instructors will be flying in to be at the Super Conference. There will also be other guest speakers and so far Brad P, Dr Paul, and David Wygant have confirmed to come. We have a couple more in the works with a surprise guest lined up.

There are two packages: Silver and Gold.

The Silver level attendees will be able to attend all the live exercises and seminars during the Super Conference. The Gold level attendees will also be able to do live exercises and seminars, but will also go out two nights with infield coaching by our instructors. The price for Silver is $947 and Gold is $3,797.

Q: When and where is the Super Conference taking place?

It will take place in Las Vegas, NV, USA at the Hard Rock Hotel. The exact date is October 9-11 (three days). We chose Vegas because it’s affordable for people come to Vegas and there are plenty of beautiful women from all across the globe partying it up.

Q: What sessions can we expect at the Super Conference?

What’s great about the Super Conference is that we will have two rooms booked. There will be two sessions running at the same time in the seminar and breakout room.

The breakout room will all be interactive. That’s where people will be able to talk to instructors and work with them on a particular part of their game. These live exercises include:

* Approaching and Transitioning – Get your approaching skills down!

* Teasing and Bantering – How to think on your feet and build attraction FAST!

* Physical Escalation – Touching gets results and prevents you getting in the friend zone!

* Body Language – Project confidence with your walk, posture, and gestures!

* Frame Control – Steer interactions the way you want it to go!

The seminar room is where the instructors and guest speakers will reveal their latest breakthroughs, give lectures, and talk about specific topics on dating.

Subjects have included:

* Social Circle Mastery

* Advanced Attraction

* Deep Comfort

* Inner Game

* Relationship Management and Multiple Relationships

* Callback Humor

* Day Game

* Strippers and Hired Guns

You decide what you want to do because there are always two sessions running at the same time. If you want to work with an instructor, you can go to the breakout room. If you want to listen to a lecture on a specific topic, the seminar room is where you want to be. You can tailor the whole weekend to your own level of game. If you’re new to the game I would suggest you mix it up with breakout and seminar sessions.

Q: Do you need to have taken one of your bootcamps or seminars before you go can go the Super Conference?

It is true that the Super Conference will be covering a lot of advanced techniques and never before revealed secrets. However, you do not have to have taken a bootcamp or seminar of ours to go to the Super Conference. Even if you are completely new, if you take the Gold level (which includes infield) you will get the same experience as a normal bootcamp. The added bonus is that you will work with more instructors than a normal bootcamp, so you will get to see a lot of different styles of game and get feedback from a lot of different instructors.

One day before the start of the Super Conference we have set up an optional introductory program for new students. The Head Start seminar is about getting the foundations of solid game right. It will allow you to walk into the Super-Conference confident that you fully know and understand the underpinnings behind the game and to enable you to get the most out of the advanced theories that will be put forth throughout the weekend.

Q: Will there be a DVD of the Super Conference?

Short answer: No.

When we release our latest breakthroughs, we want to keep it to the people who will be at the Super Conference. Normally we release sensitive information only on the Lounge, a private forum for people who have done training with Love Systems, but we will be discussing all new theories, routines, and techniques in person at the Super Conference. That’s why we have people sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to prevent our secrets and breakthroughs from leaking to the public.

Q: It’s too expensive for me. Anything I can do to still make it to the Super Conference?

We understand that in this tough economy money can be tight. We normally don’t offer payment plans but we want to help men out as much as we can so we are making an exception for this Super Conference.

If you can’t afford the Gold level ticket, you might want to consider the Silver level ticket. You can attend and participate in all seminars and live exercises, and it’s only the night training that you’ll be missing out on. Although there will be loads of other guys who will be eager to head out on the town with you!

Sinn - One of my favorite things about Super Conferences is being around all of the instructors. Every one of them is a really cool guy. Can’t wait till next year!

Psilite – I had a lot of fun and thought this whole Super Conference was genius! Especially the way the rooms were set up. There was A LOT of information that was gold in the entire Super Conference! Much of it helped me a lot when I went out that same day. I wish I had a gold or higher ticker to go out with the instructors.

J The Ripper – My brain is still on overload as I’m trying to sort out all the knowledge that was handed down by the Love Systems instructors. They had a really cool format where you could basically choose your own schedule. The upstairs auditorium was dedicated to seminars, which was one speaker after another. Each speaker would discuss a different topic (ie Approach Anxiety. Routines, Day Game, Qualification, 10 Min. lays, Female Psychology, etc…) The side room and downstairs room were dedicated to group exercises, where the instructors would go over a certain aspect of game, and then coach you on it and give you instant feedback (teasing and bantering, storytelling, frame control, etc). I had a great time and recommend everyone check it out next year.

Capo - What can I say? I mean… the Super Conference offered way more than I thought, I mean, it was way better than I had anticipated, even having read all of what was posted on the site. I thought it was going to be a really fun and educational weekend… it turned out to be one of the funnest and coolest (educational as well) weekends I’ve ever had, it was really awesome. Every single instructor that took the stage or got to be in charge of the workout room was very knowledgeable and they all took as much time as needed to answer all the questions they were being asked. The Super Conference was awesome, I met a lot of really cool guys and got to hang out with some of the best instructors in the world, what more can I ask for?

SirSlick – Whatever you want, LS has instructors that are experts on different areas and you can just walk up to them and ask them whatever you need to know. I never had the idea that the instructors “were better” than the attendees. My impression of them was they were genuine in helping people and were just like “us”. I’d highly suggest for everyone to get a SC BC, it’s worth the money. I’m college student and tight on money, but the investment was totally worth it. It totally opened my reality on what I can do now and in the future. The BC definitely cut my learning curve by several months up to maybe a year, because it eliminated two sticking points and now I know what weaknesses I have in my game. With that I also have exercises and notes on how to improve my success with women.

Goodrake - While it’s great to hear someone talk about it, seeing the instructors do it, answer questions, and then watch and evaluate as the students did it was a great learning process. Almost without exception each of the presenters showed both a real depth of knowledge and experience about the subject matter, and a genuine passion for sharing this with the attendees and seeing it benefit them. If you come to one of these or a bootcamp, be sure to be prepared to take a lot of notes, in a quick and organized fashion. When the instructors are in their groove, the information is flowing. If knowledge is water, think of it as trying to drink from a fire hose. Even though I’ve been studying and applying this stuff for about a year, there’s still plenty of new insights to be gained from attending, as well as retouching on foundational stuff, and the occasional “light bulb over head” moment, when the clouds part and you see something you didn’t see before. How much is a “breakthrough” worth to you?

Monk – As I began talking to other attendees, I realized the lengths community members were willing to go to to attend this event. I met guys from all over CA, from the east coast, and instructors from London, Sweden, Paris, Thailand and other exotic locales. Everyone. Thank you. My life is different. Fears and doubts I’ve had since adolescence are gone, perhaps forever.

Guythano – I really had quite a bit of fun, but more importantly conquered some sticking points. It all just suddenly clicked. A week after I returned, it just started raining women. I would just like to thank everyone again for all their efforts to make the superconference possible and if you have the chance to go, I highly recommend that you do!

Xander - Let me just say that Love Systems truly is dating science. It’s an accurate term. It’s the most cutting edge, advanced stuff around and it’s constantly being refined by great tactical seducers. Overall a life-changing weekend and a total bargain.

Jiggawha - I was so surprised at everyone’s high levels of positive energy, and when I heard the instructors speak, I was instantly blown away. Every word that they spoke struck me with an “AHA!” moment, and shot my motivation up the roof. They were so down to earth that I felt I had a chance of becoming like them. I had already gotten my money’s worth. I usually never talk to my parents deeper than an informational level, but I called my mom Monday night, and we had a deep conversation for half an hour about my life and about her’s. It literally almost brought me to tears when I got off the phone with her; also making me realize how much I’ve changed over this past weekend. She told me how much she enjoyed the conversation, and I agreed. A conversation beyond an informational level hasn’t happened in over 5-10 years. Before that, I had dinner with a good friend of mine and we also had a really deep conversation about everything. He commented on how very different I am now, after coming out of this conference. All the attendees and instructors have changed my life and my eyes have been opened to new perspectives once more. Coming into the conference, I couldn’t even open a set properly, but after that first failed set, the learning has never stopped. Every single one of you has had an impact on me. Life has meaning again. Thank you so much.

Cleanface - The conference this year was nothing short of amazing! What an awesome event!

Zyder – The Love Systems Super Conference in Vegas was a really exceptional experience. Considering that I only first started reading Magic Bullets on my flight over from Paris then to say I was a newbie to all this material would be a bit of an understatement! The seminars covered pretty much every aspect of gaming women. Three days of seminars with the instructors often around and between sessions to answer your questions was such a great deal. I was genuinely shocked by how articulate and knowledgeable the instructors were.

Tenorio - I walked away from EVERY presentation having learned something — and that’s saying a lot, since I’ve read everything. Going out both nights in Gold Level groups…well, I don’t know what to say. There’s no better way to put theoretical lessons into action than through practice, and Gold Level was a perfect way to do this. I left the weekend with some sticking points nailed and a concrete gameplan for my evolution going forward. There’s not much more I could ask for.

SSnake – There was lots material that I had never heard or read and getting it straight from the horses mouth made all the difference. Of course, there is already more good material on-line, in books, and on CD then you could ingest in a life-time. I went to actually hang out with these instructors and network with other students. You can’t get that from media.

Two of my favorite gurus, Dr Paul and Paul Janka have started a new podcast. A reader emailed me yesterday to say that they have two episodes up already and are planning to make it a regular thing.

From what I’ve heard, they seem to compliment each others views and teaching methods. As we know Paul Janka is very hands on and practical, whereas Dr Paul has been known for a long time as the “inner game” guy. Funny but I got the impression from what I heard that they both overlap in many areas that they are known for.

I’m getting involved in the case of Charles Lynch. I never met the guy, but I’ve done my research. He’s a guy in his mid 40s, no criminal record, who opened a medical marijuana shop in his hometown in California. It’s entirely legal here. City officials came to the ribbon cutting and he got a state business license and complied with all state and local laws. Then the DEA raided him and took him to federal court. At his trial, they were not allowed to tell the jury about state law, or about medical marijuana. They just talked about the volumes that he sold. They weren’t allowed to produce receipts that showed it was for medical use only, or even hint at the fact that this was legal under the laws of California. To the jury, it sounded like he was dealing drugs out of his backpack. They found him guilty and he is looking at spending the rest of his life in jail. (sentencing is in October)

I don’t really care about marijuana. If this were in one of the 35 states where medical marijuana isn’t legal, this would be unfortunate, but not a travesty. But this guy’s only crime is getting caught in the DEA’s vendetta against the state of California for allowing medical marijuana. (And since medical marijuana was passed by referendum, it’s a vendetta against the people of California, how fucked up is that?)

Well, the girls over at Gawker.com are crazy over Paul Janka. They continue to bash and even falsely accuse Paul of attempted rape… Psycho!

One of my favorite dating gurus and MD’s, Doctor Paul, has relaunched his website, with new products and videos.

The reason I love Doctor Paul’s stuff is because he’s had clinical experience and comes from a professional medical background in psychiatry. Doctor Paul doesn’t spew “self-help” on his products, he tells fact and theories based on centuries of research. I’ve read his mindOS ebook and it’s simply Deep Inner Game in an ebook and for about 70% less. I’ve also read his KWML ebook which is a personality cold reading system which is brilliant and really helps you understand why people act the way they do based on their unique personality.

For those of you who don’t know Doctor Paul’s work, he was the mastermind behind the David Deangelo program called “Deep Inner Game” which has great reviews.

For those following community politics, we have the big news that the year-and-a-half lawsuit between 1) Mystery Method Corporation, Savoy, Love Systems, and Love Systems’ Instructors and 2) Mystery, Lovedrop, and Matador has settled.

This was recently announced on both the Venusian Arts website and on Savoy’s blog. Despite Savoy’s statement that he wasn’t going to talk about it, I have his cell phone number and am persistent. Eventually he gave in.

SC: Congratulations on settling this case. It must be a relief. Do you feel that you won?

SAVOY: No, there’s no winner. The point of a settlement is that there aren’t winners and losers. Both sides have said that they are happy with the settlement, and we’re moving on.

SC: What can you tell me about the settlement?

SAVOY: Not much. We’ve agreed to keep the terms confidential. What I can say is that monetary damages are being paid to me in return for dismissing my claims for defamation.

SC: Does that make you feel vindicated in a way, after all of the negative publicity you suffered during this?

SAVOY: Yes and no. Obviously, it’s nice, but I decided early on that I wasn’t going to worry about what random people who didn’t know the situation had to say. This isn’t an industry you should be in if you can’t handle criticism. Guys read The Game, which of course is written by Mystery’s best friend, and they feel attached to that character without really thinking about whether there might be some bias going on or that a book written by one guy’s best friend isn’t necessarily a good guide to a complex dispute that began two years later and involved several other people. It’s natural.

The part that does make me happy is being able to clear my name. I had a business career before Love Systems, and I will have a business career after it. It will be nice for people to be able to google my name without this crap.

SC: So how do you feel about Mystery now?

S: We settled, we shook hands, and it’s in the past now. I mean, we’re not rushing off to plan a vacation together, but if I run into any of those guys, I’ll gladly have a beer with them. The more I dug into this, the harder it was to figure what exactly Mystery was doing versus what various people around him were doing and who knew what and who was driving the bus, and now that it’s all settled, I really don’t care anymore. I genuinely wish them all the best. I really do.

SC:Looking back, what would you have done differently?

SAVOY: I’ve been thinking a lot about this, but it’s tough to give a really insightful answer. The “key lessons” from this are things I knew anyway – common sense things that most people would know anyway – but ignored.

SC: Such as..?

SAVOY: OK, fine. Like, first of all, always get any deal written down and signed. No shit, right? Well, but when you’re making plans with friends, your first thought isn’t always “let’s call a lawyer and get this documented”. But it should be. As one of my mentors told me, “a deal that starts with a handshake ends with a gun”. These days, even when I’m making agreements with guys I’ve been working with and friends with for years and trust implicitly, everything still gets written down and signed off on. Even with the best will in the world, sometimes people understand things differently or remember them differently. Writing it all down also forces you into being precise about exactly what you’ve agreed to. I’m the first to admit that I should have insisted on this and that I should have known better.

Another lesson is one that I need to remind myself of every day. The more difficult or sensitive the issue, the closer you want you form of communication to be. In person is better than video chat, video chat is better than the phone, and anything, even a geriatric one-winged carrier pigeon suffering from tuberculosis, is better than email. Never, ever, ever transmit a negative message or discuss a sensitive issue via email. It’s a rule I break all the time, because email is just so convenient and is great for breaking down complex issues, but I really try to discipline myself not to.

And, oh yeah, legal insurance.

SC: Mike Long used to work with Mystery and now he’s been talking you up in his newsletters. Is a Mike Long – Love Systems alliance in the works?

SAVOY: This isn’t a board game, with alliances and enemies. If Mike Long finds value in what I or other Love Systems instructors have to offer, I’m pleased to make it available to him and his community. But it doesn’t change what we’re doing, and I don’t think it changes what he’s doing.

He’s an interesting and very successful guy, and what a lot of people don’t know about him is he has pretty good game himself.

SC: Will you still be publishing Game Over: The Rise and Fall of the Mystery Method?

SAVOY: No. That project is no longer relevant. In a way, it sucks because I put a lot of work into it and had three of the seven beats already written, and parts of it were really funny in a kind of dark and sarcastic sort of way. But it still comes from a place of negativity and I’m glad to be moving on from that. There’s a small amount of stuff in there I can save and use for a different book. I’m not sure exactly what that different book will be – the publisher I was working with is understandably a bit irritated with me at the moment.

SC: So now that the lawsuit is over and the book isn’t going to happen, what do you see as the future direction of Love Systems?

SAVOY: Love Systems is unique for a lot of reasons, most obviously how we’re structured. We don’t follow the guru system, which I think is usually (not always) counter-productive and dangerous. And this by the way has nothing to do with Mystery or the lawsuit; its one of the basic principles of Love Systems. Just because Guru X is good with women does not make him someone you should learn from. I can go to any bar in Hollywood and find guys who are good with women. But can they teach it to others? And will it work for different men, or just for guys who are kind of like the guru?

I’ll give you a couple of examples. I’m pretty big and tall, I naturally have a pretty dominant energy with women, and I have an intuitive feel for female sexuality and sexual triggers. When I’m out meeting women for myself, I use and leverage the hell out of these techniques. But none of this is in Magic Bullets and I don’t teach this stuff at bootcamps – unless I’m working with a guy who has similar attributes to me. The cool thing about Love Systems is that because of our diversity, stuff that works for all of us is virtually guaranteed to work for our students.

SC: [interrupting] What do you mean by diversity?

We have instructors from Sweden to Thailand. We have white instructors, Hispanic instructors, South Asian (Indian subcontinent) instructors, East Asian instructors, and black instructors. We have 5’3 guys and 6’3 guys. We have guys in their early 20s and guys who are almost 40. At least five instructors don’t even have English as a first language. And we’re all into different types of women. But we’re all successful with women, and we all use systems that are based off of Magic Bullets. So when one of us comes up with something and the rest of us try it out and it works, we know we’re onto something that probably relates to universal female psychology or social dynamics and we’re comfortable rolling it out. Of course, at our bootcamps, we take advantage of the opportunity of customizing our methodology for each student’s unique identity. That’s why we bring so many instructors to every bootcamp, and one of the reasons why live training is so important and valuable. But I don’t know whether the guy buying Magic Bullets is an 18-year old high school student or a divorced 55-year old investment banker, so I need to keep it pretty universal. I can’t assume that everyone is just like me. No one cares how Savoy picks up women. People want to pick up women themselves.

But, look, diversity is just one component. We don’t lower our standards one inch to get diversity – it’s just happened that way. We also have an intense focus on teaching. Having great game doesn’t get you in the door as a potential instructor. Having great game and a passion and a knack for teaching does. And then we train the hell out of you so you become an awesome instructor as well as pickup artist.

It’s kind of funny to see guys’ faces when a bootcamp starts, and someone like Mr. M or Cajun or Fader or LBD walks in. It’s like – they’ve heard all about these guys and expect them to godlike chick magnets. But they’re all short and none of them look like a pickup artist. You read about Mr. M picking up a playmate in just a few minutes in the hallway outside a bootcamp, and then this short little Asian dude walks into the room and people go WTF. But it’s also awesome because it helps students realize that there is nothing separating them from being as successful with women as an elite Love Systems lead instructor other than time, practice, and access to training.

Before, I was also going to give the example of Derek Cajun on Keys to the VIP, which I think you’ve written about on your blog. What I thought was awesome about that was that he decided to go on national TV and use the exact same system he teaches students – which is based on Magic Bullets. He didn’t use any of his personal techniques or stuff that is specifically calibrated to him – he just used the generic stuff you can get straight off the Love Systems website. He even used routines straight from the Love Systems Routines Manual. He did this to prove a point – what we teach works, and you don’t need years of study. Cajun was a student at one of our bootcamp’s just a year or so before he went on the show.

SC: Right, so…back to the question about the future direction of Love Systems?

Sorry I’m rambling, I just get so passionate this stuff. Well, something you’re going to see a lot more of in the future is our Game 2.0 initiative. We’ve pretty much mastered “cold approach” – both as practitioners and teachers. Yes, there’s always more to learn, and yes, we’re only really scratching the surface in terms of female psychology, but when you’re consistently going out and bringing home or dating the women you want, how much further do you really need to go? At our last Super Conference, the different instructor teams competed to see how many of their students took hot women home. Fader’s team was over 50%. The last LA bootcamp that I went to, 6 of the 8 students got laid – with hot women. This isn’t hype – this is verifiable information. Our training has gotten that good. Our instructors really are that good and that dedicated.

Game 2.0 is all about how can we leverage our cold approach skillsets. And that’s where you’re seeing all this exciting stuff like Braddock (Donovan: who I’m interviewing within the next two weeks) and Mr. M’s social circle mastery program. Now instead of trying to steal the hot girl off of the guy who come to the club with 6 beautiful women, we teach our students how to BE the guy who has the hot women in his social circle in the first place. You got Soul’s Day Game program, which fuses direct game, day game, and the Magic Bullets approach. You’ve got my relationship management stuff – the DVDs will be out in a couple months – that makes anything from traditional relationships, to multiple relationships, to friends with benefits into a breeze. And there’s lots more to come – some of this stuff isn’t ready to be announced but we can talk about it off the record.

SC: And that’s where we’ll keep it…unless I need to extort cash from you one day!

In pretty amazing news, Mystery the pickup artist, and Savoy of The Mystery Method and Love Systems have settled there lawsuits.

For all those who were bad mouthing Nick for the last year and a half… perhaps an apology?

Nick (Savoy) wrote the following on his blog:

There’s really not a whole lot to say. It was a sad and frustrating exercise. In addition to damages being paid in return for us dismissing defamation claims, there are a couple of statements from the other side that will clarify some of the misinformation that has been allowed to spread over the last 21 months. One of these is below and other are to come; I’ll let them speak for themselves:

First, Mystery parted ways with business partner after business partner. First, someone, then Savoy, then Mike Long of Area 51 Lifestyle. These splits usually ending up hurting Mystery more than anyone.

Now, Wayne Elise has followed Mystery’s example. Wayne Elise split with Christian Hudson about two years ago, and now has had a falling out with his lead instructor Dan.

Here’s Dan’s post of which Thundercat made me aware:

It has been an interesting journey with CA. I think they offer an amazing path for men to learn to be more social and better with women. I still highly recommend them. Unfortunately I see some failings in their leadership structure and business practices. None of this affects their past present or future clients. I still recommend people take their workshops. (IMHO Greg, their LA instructor is the best active instructor they have)

I have always wanted to expand what i learned beyond “pick-up” and teach more. In the last six months it really looked like CA was expanding in that direction. They had even changed their tagline to “Teaching People Stuff to People”. However waiting for it made me a bit apathetic and honestly i was getting burnt out. You can obviously see from my lack of posting that i was not passionate about creating new content. This was eventually what made CA justifiably think about focusing on other instructors. Younger less-experienced instructors are hungry for work. They are passionate about writing and bringing in clients. So in essence my fresh apprentice became my replacement.

The hardest thing I found about the end of my working with Charisma Arts was the way in which it came about. While the company is fantastic with working with their clients in their workshops, communication beyond talking to girls in bars apparently does not apply to their internal communication. I was taken off the schedule for two months and all of my workshops were changed to my apprentice who was the newest instructor on the team. I was not told of this change and I only found out about this because a client emailed me asking when my next workshop was because they wanted to work with me. I checked the schedule and to my surprise two months of workshops that i was scheduled for were no longer being taught by me. My full time employment for two years had come to a close without so much as a whisper.

Things must be stressful over at Charisma Arts, which used to be one of the top dating coaching companies, but is slowly diminishing to a non-influence due to mismanaged operations and internal HR strife. I think this stuff boils down to something Doctor Paul talks about called “Boundaries” on his mindOS series of products.

I think these events should be a red flag that guys start to notice. If our “gurus” can’t control their business, certainly with leeway for normal business challenges, I put my voice out there and say that they shouldn’t be teaching us to get our lives together.

Ladies, beware! Dr. Phil sheds light on men you might want to avoid! You know the type: They can turn you off with their confidence, offend you with their arrogance and make you wonder if they actually hate women.

“New York City is a playground for the single guy,” says Paul, 32. “It’s a perfect place to play the game. There are a lot of single women looking to meet a guy who’s straight, unattached, and can show them a good time. I wrote this 17-page little manifesto called ******* **** in New York City. We’ve got three things: A) ***** is the second most abundant thing after water, B) men should act more like cavemen. Grab that woman off the street, drag her back to your lair, and C) women ultimately only care about a man’s ability to pay and how well he makes love to her.

“I have to engage, build a rapport, have a few laughs and close. It’s exhausting,” Paul says, heading out to pick up women. “I don’t see anything wrong with sleeping with girls whom I have no long-term interest in. I’m more selective about whom I have dinner with than whom I have sex with. On a good week, I’m probably having 10, 15 dates. I’ve slept with 130, 132 women. I’ve had sex in a New York City cab, and the guy reached back and touched her, so they’re getting their jollies off too. A lot of my game centers around not wasting financial resources. I don’t even take girls out. I meet them out on the street, and I invite them back to my place. If I’m attracted to her and the end game is to be physical, I want them in a controlled environment where I can escalate it into a sexual scenario.

“My main goal today is to meet [upwards of a dozen] women, get their phone numbers. The law of being a good player is you’ve just got to get into the vibe. I’m almost 6-feet 1, I’ve got, like, a swimmer’s build, I’m happy with my looks and my physique, I’m healthy. I always keep a little bit of scruff. I’m never clean-shaven. Women respond a lot to facial hair, I’ve found. They like to touch it, and it’s manly … Women say I’m intense. It scares them off or turns them on. My eyes are like beams, like, if I see a girl, and she sees that eye connection, she knows it’s on, it’s just, like, locked on like a missile.”

Paul approaches a woman on the street. “I love your style. I wanted to come and say hi because it’s very unique,” he tells her.

After, he says, “The first girl I made eye contact with, I got her number quickly and moved on. Women generally know what my deal is up front. It’s about the physicality, and I’m very touchy-feely right off the bat.”

He approaches another woman. “Can I touch your cheekbone?” he asks her.

After, she says, “He touched me. I didn’t like how he touched me. It was weird.”

After some time and with mixed results, Paul calls it a day. He explains, “The big key there is to enter with confidence, keep it light and playful, get the contact information and then get out of the situation, and I effectively did that. My mojo is pretty good. I got three or four numbers in about 25 minutes. Two girls texted me, so we have plans for tonight. Not bad. So, it looks like it’s on,” he says.

“So, your theory is get in, get the numbers and get out,” Dr. Phil says.

“It’s not a theory. It works,” Paul says.

“And you’ve got a spreadsheet?” Dr. Phil asks.

“I do,” he says. Paul’s spreadsheet lists 132 women whom he’s had sex with.

“This was a quote that you gave in an interview that I read,” Dr. Phil says. “You said, ‘She may look fit, sexy and sophisticated, but after she’s naked with mascara running down her face, and she’s trying to stuff her thighs into a pair of too-small jeans at 2:00 a.m., you realize she’s just another person trying to get by.’”

“I wrote that, yes. And what exactly is offensive about that?” Paul asks. “In that statement, I’m basically saying, ‘Men and women are equal. We’re all just trying to get by in this world.’ And as a man who’s trying to learn a little game, don’t put a woman on a pedestal and think she’s untouchable. Everyone has their own foibles, everyone has their own hang-ups, and I think a lot of men’s insecurity is that they elevate the woman so much that they have fear of approach.”

“Are you always on the make?” Dr. Phil asks.

“No.”

“Have you been hustling here?”

“I was chatting with one of the [Production Assistants], very cute girl, yeah,” Paul says.

“You remember Sam here, our receptionist,” Dr. Phil says, pointing her out.

“Yeah, very cute girl,” he says.

Dr. Phil shows Paul some dessert in a box. “You came up to her at the desk and closed the box and said she shouldn’t be eating this, it is empty carbs?”

“Right. I did do that.”

“He told you not to eat this?” Dr. Phil asks Sam.

“Yeah, and I told him I was going to eat it anyway,” she says.

“Do you remember Meg?” Dr. Phil asks, pointing her out.

“Yeah, I do, Meg, sure. Hi.”

“What happened this morning with you?” Dr. Phil asks Meg.

“Well, he wanted a high five, and I said no. Then he wanted a hug because he said we have to make some kind of contact,” she recalls. “And then he said, ‘Maybe a kiss, possibly with tongue.’ And, it was more the way he looks at you. No eye contact, just a lot of up and down,” she says, demonstrating.

Dr. Phil addresses Paul. “And you say you don’t buy dinner because you’re not trying to feed somebody. And ‘Don’t drink on the job,’ so you drink seltzer and tell the bartender to call it a Tom Collins, so the girl thinks you’re drinking with her, but you’re really not, because you don’t drink on ‘the job.’”

“Correct,” Paul says, “I no longer do that for a couple of reasons. One, it’s expensive, and two, I found the transition from the bar to my apartment was very difficult, especially on a cold New York night.”

“It’s hard to go from the bar to your apartment on a cold New York night because, does the cold sort of snap them back to reality?” Dr. Phil asks.

“They’re like, ‘Oh! I’ve got to get home!’ which, you know, I’m sure you dated in your young life, and have probably had similar experiences … ”

Dr. Phil smiles.

Robin laughs too. “All the time. Happened all the time,” she jokes.

Heather says she casually dated Paul for five months, and although he started out charming and handsome, he did something that ruined his chances with her. “I met Paul at this upscale restaurant in New York City. He was able to talk about history and politics and culture,” she says.

“She liked me, so I think it was in her interest to give me her number,” Paul says.

“He called me a couple days later, and then we went out to dinner. Paul admitted to me that he had a spreadsheet of all the women he slept with,” she says. “After he said that, I said, ‘OK, I’m definitely not touching your ****.’”

“She was both intrigued and kind of shocked by that,” he says. “We left dinner that night, and we ducked into an alcove.”

“We definitely made out, but it didn’t go very far,” Heather remembers.

Paul remembers it differently. “Short of having sex, we were pretty much at it,” he says. Eventually, Heather called him late one night and said she wanted to come over. “I wasn’t surprised when I got the phone call. I knew she’d come around.”

“I buzz his doorbell. He opens the door, and he’s ******* ***,” she says.

“I’ve never answered the door with my ***** exposed. I just think that would be an ineffective strategy,” Paul says.

“I was completely turned off and thought he was crazy,” Heather says. Although she stayed the night, Heather says nothing happened.

Again, that’s not how Paul remembers it. “If I’m not sexualizing the situation, I don’t know what we’re doing together at that hour. I mean, that’s kind of the definition of a tease, isn’t it?” he asks.

“Where is Heather on the spreadsheet?” Dr. Phil asks Paul.

“Well, she didn’t make it to the spreadsheet, unfortunately for her. We never had intercourse,” he says. “Not yet.”

“Not yet! Never, baby!” she tells him, laughing.

“I met her before my system was fully codified and worked out,” Paul explains.

Heather wrote about her experience with Paul on Gawker.com. She made up a nickname for him that won’t be mentioned here.

“Because some of your 132 are hookers?” Dr. Phil guesses.

“I would say I have extremely limited experience with that,” Paul says. “Out of 132 women, I think three, honestly, three are women I paid for.”

“Why was it so relevant to you that you told me that right away though?” Heather asks him.

“I think Heather is a very clever girl, very funny, and I felt an immediate rapport with her and disclosed my shtick,” he says. “Maybe I figured that it wasn’t going to go in the girlfriend direction anyhow, so I kind of laid myself bare.”

“You say there are three kinds of women: yes, no and maybe. So, what was she?” Dr. Phil asks.

“She’s probably a yes girl, but you have to earn her,” Paul says. “She’s a beautiful, quality woman, and I think she probably said, ‘This guy is interesting, he’s intriguing, but too much baggage to have a fling with.’ She didn’t want to get hung up on my stuff.”

The last interview I heard on the pickup podcast was the Neil Strauss interview which got pretty boring halfway through. In all honesty, I’ve only listened to the following interviews (out of 50) that they’ve done: Sean Messenger, David Wygant, Tynan, Savoy, and Stephen Nash. My listening habits are skewed by doing interviews with many of the same guys, and so… whats the point? Once in a while something triggers my interest and I tune in.

What got me more interested was when Jordan announced, on the coattails of the David Wygant vs Ross Jefferies post, that he was holding a debate. This was spurred on because of the comments here. I was very interested to see how that went especially with video, although I could be disappointed as James explained:

I was at that Los Angeles Art of Charm bootcamp that Jordan mentioned–which by the way, was great–and pretty much the stage was set for a post debate mixed martial arts showdown…

In one corner of the room–which sort of resembled a boxing ring–there was Ross with his girfriend, and in the other, there was David with his dog. Both of ‘em were about the same height. Their was a buzz in the air, a little bit of tension, and then…

Well, they both behaved like English gentlemen meeting for tea at the country cottage, which was probably the best thing, because Jordan was also in the house wearing his Fedora and I don’t think he would appreciated having the LAPD show up with their nightsticks…

The bottom line, they both had some good stuff to teach. I think David hit it on the nail:

“There is no one size fits all approach that works with everyone. That is just marketing bullshit. No one can help everyone, and people are too smart to fall for that.

People need to find the expert that resonates with them. There is plenty choice out there to choose from and what works for one may not work for another person.”

Dammit. I thought the subtitle was “There Will Be Blood”…

What did you guys think of the techniques they were perceived to be teaching? Was the community’s influence dulled down for the cameras or is this an accurate portrayal of what goes on? What exactly do they teach? It seemed fairly… mainstream. Let me know if any of you have an inside experience.

Wow, I saw the Feedburner stats today and there are 1601 RSS subscribers. That’s a 320% growth from the 500 of April 2007. That’s amazing growth and I owe it all to you.

I think there are a few reasons the Seduction Chronicles is growing faster than any other seduction community website out there:

• Weekly guru columns that focus on specific skills and traits We’ve got regular in depth columns by Herbal, David Wygant, Sinn, Stephen Nash, Brad (Adonis Effect), Barry Kirkey (starting this Sunday), Sean Messenger (starting this Saturday), and Kezia (female instructor).
• Fresh content almost daily I try and update the blog everyday with new, interesting posts. Sometimes they suck, sometimes they rock, but it’s the nature of the beast.
• Product Reviews Constantly updating the product reviews section to have the latest products out there featured so you can make a more informed decision.
• The latest in seduction community gossip Not everyone’s favorite stuff, but many guys enjoy it. The crazy interaction between Ross Jefferies, David Wygant and Sean Messenger isn’t to be missed!
• Changing some technical issues I changed hosts and newsletter provides recently and I’ve noticed a big sigh of relief from the many emails I’ve received from guys like you. Get Response is awesome and Media Temple has been serving me well.
