I kept things simple this year. The word “Resolution” puts too much pressure on me to be awesome so I never use it when referencing myself. This year I want to:

1. Get an amazing body that makes all the chicks say “woah” (using Adonis Effect)
2. Have my ideal social and love life.
3. Visit a new country/state. Maybe both.

That’s really it. Everything else on my long list will take it’s time. I’m starting to learn that going slow is the way to go. Going fast gets me burnt out and depressed.

I want my Personal training business to start buzzing.
I want to buy the house I always wanted in the Northern Suburbs.

do more fun things like I did on New Year’s Eve – got on the central city tram, and rode back and forth all evening, talking to the revellers who got on and off…

Mine is very long but here are the basics:

Vin DiCarlo suggested the following:
Be more social (go out and meet people)
Be more Aggresive (push the boundaries of your comfort zone)
Be more persistent (Do not give up. Keep on trying)

The other ones are all broken down to small basic achievable goals. Istead of saying I need to find another jod I said do atleast one search everyday. I broke everything according to this.
