Get a really good attorney at law Jorge (believe you’ll need one of these in few time); It could be expensive but get ONE good in Copyrights, TIC and (mh… I could be that one! but…) is sad that you’re too young to understanding the REAL world, do you really think that Internet hasn’t rules? and you can get any pic of some people without permission and make with them what you want? HAHAHAHAHA!!!.

I don’t know really what you’ll do if you don’t have one (you’re 19 years old and you are able to infraction the laws by yourself).

Ciao “pequeño mexicano”, we’ll see you soon in court.

Kal.
Attorney at Law
Criminal and Copyrights Specialist.

In response to Jorge’s spreading the photos and comments probably on the Barry Kirkey Radio Show and here.

I personally wouldn’t worry Jorge. The legal action would be useless. It’s so hard to prove that you spread the images, and even if you did, half of the people involved are in different countries, only complicating matters. I don’t know what the law’s like in Mexico, but I’m sure it’s mostly hot air.

How convenient that the Mexican Lair has a criminal and copyrights specialist on tap huh? :)

yea…that REALLY looks like a letter from an attorney (i’m being sarcastic in case you couldn’t tell lol)

Jorge September 11, 2008 at 6:45 pm

hahahaha oh my god… yeah i know donovan.. it’s stupid because i actually did not spread them, i did not send them to the show, the show gathered them from the website, i did not put them myself online or anywhere, thats just to start.

Second of all, my family has 3 lawyers and one of them actually specializes in copyrights, so i’m not even going to spend 1 penny, however, talking to one of the laywers here, he says that if you can’t prove whatever you’re saying (and you won’t) he’ll get back at you and then you’ll have to probably sell yourself to pay me.

Go on, im waiting.

So sad that you want to take it this way.

Jorge September 11, 2008 at 6:48 pm

stop making a fool out of yourself some more.

Not sure how the law laid in Mexico. But “paparazzi” is legal in (at least) USA and UK. And “cyberbullying” is illegal in USA.

Ha… why “threaten”… just do it already.

This sounds like the punk kid that talks like he’s “hardcore”, but never does anything.

If you’re gonna hit somebody in the face… hit ‘em in the face.

Why tell ‘em what you’re gonna do…

That’s my 2c on any situation like this… talk is cheap.

This is ridiculous. This “Kal” is acting like a child, who would want him as their lawyer anyway?
Jorge, you should look through his basement window once, and watch him pet a chicken… Oh wait, he’ll probably sue you for that too.

LMAO@PUAs September 17, 2008 at 4:48 pm

“The prosecution will like to call its first witness. Will Mr. Chicken please take the stand…”

The country of Mexico has like 5 lawyers total, and they are all indirectly involved with the Mexican lair…..lol

So, who sent the threatening message, was it the Mexican Mystery?!?

This was clearly a lot of talk with no action likely to happen. Figures, now that Jorge is a big seduction community celebrity, everyone wants a piece of him…

It’s like the Mexican version of the Mystery vs. Love Systems drama, except wayyyy more hilarious!

For all you know, there’s already a Mexican Savoy, and they are already having their own little feud down there.

Parallel universes…
