Last I heard, Tyler was still offering bootcamps. I’ve read the blueprint and have watched all the dvd’s alot of times. I personally gain something every time I come back to the Blueprint. He almost makes self-help cool because he talks about random topics like eating your own poo/jumping out of high rise building and ghost riding the whip. When have Tony Robbins or Wayne Dyer ever done stuff like that to help shatter the glass of social conditioning? Besides RSD is cool as shit and the instructors are obsessed with success. I doubt any other self-help/pua company offers any product/service even close to RSD.

the blueprint is the shit!! i couldnt sleep properly for a few days cuz it shook my reality so hard. Wether it was a rehash or not or partly, os irelevant cuz is about how he puts it together. Honestly, is the best inner stuff out there that i’ve come across and ive read and watched alot. go tyler

I’ve listened to all the success gurus there are. Brian Tracy is the best one by far. Tony Robbins is the weakest of them all, because all he’s ever done is be a success guru. He doesn’t offer much helpful advice. The other success gurus have a lot of life experience being successful in other businesses besides giving success advice. Brian Tracy offers the most helpful success advice. And Nathaniel Branden is the best for learning about self esteem. But Tony Robbins did the best job of marketing. He’s the only one that had infomercials.

I thought Owen’s RSD Blueprint Decoded was totally genius. I think he’ll make a great self help guru.

Tyler was great and I attended one of his RSD events and wish him well. As for new kids on the block, I have heard that SuperGuy Academy is the next big thing in PUA training. Am booked on his Feb event, so be interested to compare with RSD – I will let you know.

true Tyler Durden accesses a lot of his material from other sources than his own original stuff and I don’t think he makes any secret of that. But he puts it together so well(as in Blueprint) and I think he is an excellent speaker. Also why trash the dude? he’s all about self-improvement and positivity. What he talks about is so applicable to any individual’s life. He connects with a lot of people and therefore is very effective in helping others grow. Especially with inner game issues. The guy has helped me so much get a handle on my issues. Thank you Tyler!!

Mehow is a rip-off. Horrid customer service. I canceled my subscription to their infield insider and was charged for an extra month without getting product. Four months later, I still haven’t received the refund.

I think TD’s real strength is in is writing and I’d love to see him at least write a solid book on self-help. Some of his blog posts are brilliant, even if they’re not based on totally original material. I watched him speak on the Foundations video and in some of the Blueprint trailers and I was turned off by his speaking…I didn’t think he projected himself well over video and I didn’t find him particularly articulate (Tim & Jeff were much more effective).

Still, he’s been around since the beginning, he’s well read, and he’s got serious motivation. I want to see him succeed and see what he can add to the self-help industry.

Tony Robbins was revolutionary when he started. now that his concepts are so well known he is considered ‘old stuff’, but in fact he is the one that came out with it in the first place many times.

However, his success is definitely more about his captivating appearance, the way he conveys himself, then his words.

The secrets of life are basic and are older than the bible. And they hardly change. They’re easy to understand but hard to implement.

‘Gurus’ play with this concept and confuse the two (understanding vs implementing) so to make money selling information.

Anyway coming up with something considered ‘highly original’ is probably selling bullshit, since the real stuff all been said and done a million times. It’s just up to you to rediscover it for yourself so it will sink in.

Tyler knows that and every self help gurus knows it. That’s why the art of self help is the art of selling the obvious in a way that it looks original. Can be also called the art of bullshitting people.

Tony Robbins’s content isn’t revolutionary… but the man is as successful as he is because of his ability to transform lives. If he didn’t he would have fizzled out long ago.

I don’t know what Owen’s plans are… but as with everyone… i wish him the best of luck!

I don’t want to say that material is irrelevant… but teaching style and engagement mean more…

I don’t really follow his stuff… but I do hear of people talking about repackaging, and I don’t think it matters, because at the end of the day, all that keeps us in business is if someone votes with their checkbook.

There’s very rarely any truly original content out there (someone has said it before)… but the person that can move people to take action is the one that wins.

(Think college… same material… some teachers suck… some are okay… and some are superstars)

Its pretty easy to make Donovan like you, you just have to communicate with him.

It obvious Tyler doesn’t.

But it is also obvious Donovon doesnt know their material well.

That guy in terms of speaking is among the better self help speakers out there.

But like a lot of the more popular self help gurus, he better be prepared to take more shit from stalkers than he has now. He at least has quite a it of practice now. He just ignores them though, quite boring from a drama perspective haha
