I read fellow Seduction Chronicles reader “Amused” comment and wondered:

You missed the thread where Alex originally posted this. There was a discussion of Cajun’s Keys to the VIP performance on RSDNation. Alex said it was crap, “ewww”, things like that. Someone asked Alex if he had any better infield video, and this is what he responded with. When Tyler and co returned from vacation in Africa, they deleted the thread. Did anyone bother to save a copy?

Who would rag on Cajun’s game on the Keys to the VIP episode? Apparently, Real Social Dynamics executive coach, Alex.

That might be what spurred Alex to record infield footage of what PROPER game would look like during a visit to a gay bar in Australia. (Nothing wrong with that, I know a few people that pickup successfully at gay bars)

It’s the fact that this began with Alex saying that Cajun’s great performance was horrible even against the mild positive reaction of RSD Nation. Some of the guys were wondering what their actually supposed to try and do when meeting women…

Well…

RSD Pull The Thread

That thread was deleted apparently after Tyler et al returned from vacation. They are entitled to do that. It’s their forum. I’m also allowed to pull the cached forum thread from Google.

Here are the cached forum threads 1,2,3.

The Highlights

Alex’s first impression after seeing Cajun’s video:

hey…i hate to flame but its pretty yuk.

Ryan, Saad, what do you think?

Alex~

The thread starter replies:

Just curious. What does he do that is not very good? I think he establishes himself as high value right off the bat. Has confidence. Touches a lot. Gets rid of the cock block w/ zero effort. Isolates. Establishes a dialogue and keeps interest. Continues to touch. Then I agree it gets a little sloppy on the close but otherwise, heading in the right direction. IMO. But I’d love to get your input. You guys obviously do this for a living and masters at the craft. Would love to hear what could have been improved.

A Hater:

Heh… I was rifling through random pick up videos on Youtube linked off this vid… and the rest of the community seems to have DEVOLVED. Maybe it’s just in comparison to RSD but holy shit. So many other companies are just blatantly GODAWFUL. Totally coming from the wrong headspace, self-parodying garbaggio deluxe. No wonder PUAs have a bad name in the mainstream. I thought the stereotype of a Dungeons and Dragons nerd trying to trick women back into his chode cave was overwith and done… but I have no doubt most NEWBIES on RSDn would outperform so-called gurus from other companies in the field. It’s just sad, more than anything. Oh and the guy in the video. Cajun seems like a pretty cool guy. He has tight verbal game and is nice enough… but he comes off kinda gay (feminine polarity) and just plows along blindly.

Alex:

hey man, have you done a bootcamp or seen the blueprint… if you do it will seriously blow yor mind.

My students would fucking own thiese guys and the panel of ‘experts’ except for the guy on the end.

When hes getting the number they will flake on him.

When he talks he is demonstrating lower value because hes coming from the frame that the girl is better than him.

I dont know why there is resistance to giving the number.

Can you hear the way that he talks sounds contrived like hes second guessing himself and working others as opposed to just holding true to himself?

Also his tonality is bad, continually rising deluxe. He could smile more.

Its clear that hes not 100 percent self assured.

he certainly is executing some social patters.

But no one should have to use social manipulations to compensate for their true self.

Its like giving a gun to a weak dude. it will get some reactions but it should never compensate for you.

Ultimately the gun (outer game) is only as good as the operator.

The guy is probably a hella cool dude. To employ these things is for him to assume that he is lesser of a guy than he really naturaly is.

These little game things hes doing is a ‘pretending to be a chode’ ego.

If he just said hi, and then entertained himself with some deliberate illogicality that involved the girls with him it would be enough.

he would be acting authentically, in alignment with his internal compass.

Alexander~

Alex With More Playa Hate:

actually it wouldnt look like skills because it would come off naturally.

They would claim the girl already had buying temp or that we were born natural.

With natural game there isnt anything to ’see’ per se. Its alot deeper than that….

its a way of being.

Alexander~

Tom Cruise From Magnolia?

It basically comes down to the fact that he’s wearing a pick up persona. It’s obvious his real, core self would not be congruent with that. He has a cock, he should act like it. Instead he’s acting like he’s got ants in his pants and he needs to dance. I’m dead serious, I will get on this show next season. Watch for it.

Some guys defended Cajun:

Huh? Are you saying that old-school routine game doesn’t work at all? As I see it, Cajun did magnificently and pulled it off very “naturally” in the episode. In fact, if I didn’t know he was running routines, I would think it was “natural”.

Just trying to close some loose ends. I think most of your observations are spot on. But I still think this guy seems pretty smooth. I might not be an expert but it seems like we are overanalyzing this?? I don’t play basketball but I know that Chris Paul is pretty damn good. It doesn’t take an expert to see that. I’ve been around the bar/ club scene for awhile and I know when I see a guy w/ pretty good stuff. I still think Cajun is pretty good.

Specifically where could Cajun have improved? Check out his other 2 pick up attempts. Besides having an angle, he uses canned approaches. But this seems to be his schtick. So, whatever. Overall, Cajun seems to disarm women quite well and get them sucked into his world. Aside from the feminine comment, which is a little unfair. I think Tim comes off as a little feminine too, to each there own. You work with what you have. Where were the mistakes? what could have been improved upon? View part 3/3 his last one. Just curious, so I can make adjustments in my game. I feel like I’m pretty good and do fine at the clubs, but I felt like Cajun was pretty smooth. The other guy was horrible. Thanks for the input guys.

Conclusion

This is getting out of hand. Some of you are worrying about me “bashing” people and sensationalizing this? You guys are much, much smarter than that.

I’m reporting this stuff straight from their mouths and the vibe Real Social Dynamics seem to present “in the gut” WRONG to me now. I wonder why David Deangelo doesn’t promote them anymore?

Time to fight against this stuff. It’s making the community appear manipulative and down right weirder.

I used to be very weary of Thundercat’s exposes of Real Social Dynamics but after hearing numerous accounts from Stephen Nash, Barry Kirkey (ex-coaches) and various other close associates to RSD… it’s just starting to concern me. I’m sure Tyler is a nice enough bloke, but he needs to control this stuff (or maybe NOT control it). m

By the way, Tyler DOES read this blog so there’s an open invitation to rebut anything I’ve posted and to offer another explanation for this stuff. I’d love to hear it and post it for everyone.

  1. Donovan,

I think the video speaks for itself.

No other dating coaching company had the balls to put one of their instructors on an un-scripted pickup competition show. Love Systems did. Not only did Cajun win the show, but he won it using the exact textbook methodology that he and other elite Love Systems lead instructors teach in our bootcamps.

Everyone can talk the talk. We walk the walk.

    Take care,

    Savoy

P.S. We’re actually sending MORE of our instructors onto the show. Stay tuned for details.

  2. I do an awesome exercise program. One of the exercises they favour in it is the handstand pushup. It’s hard! And it pisses me off that Rokker can do quite so many more than I can, but fuck him. Damn Swedish. Anyway, a friend of mine who’s a fitness instructor sent me a booklet he’d written on training with gymanstics rings, and described the handstand pushup as:

“one of those ultra-cool moves that has fitness instructors spluttering with biomechanical twaddle to justify why they cannot do it themselves”

It kinda reminds me of this time their was a totally awesome video posted about my buddy Cajun…

Don’t get me wrong. I love dissing Cajun – it’s awesome. I kicked his ass in an arm wrestling match once, and his Mick Jagger impression sucks. His moustache sucks. His velvet jacket makes him look like a Rocky Horror Show Reject and I heard he has to kill a dog just to have an orgasm. Damn Canadian.

But he occasionally has his moments of glory. Like that video was pretty cool! He gets numbers from three hot girls, on national TV. You’d think people had some nice things to say about that, right? Then Donovan showed me this:

he is demonstrating lower value because hes coming from the frame that the girl is better than him … the way that he talks sounds contrived … his tonality is bad … he could smile more … he’s not 100 percent self assured … little game things hes doing is a ‘pretending to be a chode’ ego

Yowza! Were we watching the same video? I just saw a guy pick up three hot chicks – this guy apparently saw him make a total fool out of himself … and came up with a bunch of ‘twaddle’ to explain it away

Why would someone post something like that? The most excellent Tyler Durden from Real Social Dynamics wrote a fantastic post on this:

Everyone gets their 15 minutes of fame, but you’ll notice that some people get insecure when others are in the spotlight.

A guy who’s secure will recognize when it’s someone else’s turn to hold court, and not fight that. When they talk their contribution will add emphasis to a point, not dispute the person who’s talking. He knows he’ll have his chance later, and that right now, someone else is trying to get a point across.

Guys who are insecure will often try and dispute points if they see an opening – they can’t resist the opportunity to try and show off and demonstrate their value. They just CANNOT RESIST the temptation.

Internet forums provide a simple example of this that most people will notice. Something good gets posted, and the insecure guys will split hairs over semantics: “While this is important, it’s only 8/10 on the importance level, not a 10/10 like you initially suggested”.

    Wise words indeed…

Game works, and we teach what we teach because it works. Desperately wanting that not to be true doesn’t make it not true. It’s seductive to think that there’s a quick-fix solution to your interactions with women – that you can start using jargon like ‘nimbus’ and Show Your True Self, and your problems will all be over.

The less exciting reality is that picking up women is sales. Yeah, it’s not romantic. It’s not your Disney movie. And it’s not a secret that you can watch over 20 DVDs and have your life magically changed forever, regardless of what the 10,000 word sales letter says.

It’s a process of improving yourself (the product!), and learning how to create interest in that product, and how to close. Sales skills take some time and some practice to master. So that’s what we focus on.

And, as you can see from Cajun’s video, or Mr M’s report of picking up a Playmate in front of students, or the bootleg day-game videos of Soul that are kicking around the internet, or from the literally hundreds of reviews we get, our focus on results, rather than quick fixes, pays off.

This post isn’t about me, although it’ll be pretty easy to work out who I am if you’re that way inclined…

    Best,

    A Love Systems Instructor

  3. Hahah, this reminds me of how Fox News covered Al Gore winning the Nobel Peace Prize.

You’d think they’d be positive, right? Even grudgingly. It’s the Nobel Peace Prize, after all. No no:

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=syTjzvNgv44

  4. Did you also see Jeffy getting angry and saying “I wont post here again, you can all fuck off” bla bla. It got deleted, maybe someone can bring it back up? It’s funny because this goes against RSD’s philosphy.

I loved Cajuns video. IF you think about it, no game is without routines. Even naturals have their routines and gimmicks, the funny thing is Tim teaches you routines in flawless natural lol.

They really need to get their act together. The thing about their business plan is… It’s genius, but a few holes in their plan and it begins to crumble.

I got banned for just voicing my own opinion. I was an avid RSD fan of their products. But i havent had success with them because it doesnt allow me to be me. It allowed me to be mindless.

I don’t hate RSD, but i’ll never go to their site again and buy their products.

  5. i like RSD but alex seems like a retard in his posts

  6. Dick crack.

  7. First of all who is to say what was shown on KEYS is the make up of Cajun’s game? He was presenting what Love Systems teaches for promotional use and guess what IT WORKS. It doesnt take that much intelligence to figure that out. As far as what this Alexander is saying, don’t be a hater man, his game was tight.

  8. Can’t wait to see more Love Systems instructors on the show.

  9. I find the whole thing hilarious. I’ve said numerous times that how I picked up those girls on the show is NOTHING like how I actually talk to girls. I was demonstrating a system, that we teach, that works. Thats all it was, and I think I did a pretty good fucking job. I was also playing it safe for TV. Anyone that has been out with me, or even read my blog knows that my actual style is extremely minimalist and hyper-sexual. Nothing like what i did on keys, and that was on purpose.

If I would have used my own style on the show it would have been like showing up to a sword fight with a bazooka. People want to see me use the same sword they have, and STILL kick ass. So thats what I did. I was out to make our whole company and its teaching philosophy look good, not just myself.

Now if those RSD guys want to complain about me teaching shitty sword techniques when I could have fired the bazooka, well, I say to them, you need to learn how to pick up the sword before you can fire the bazooka, otherwise your just gonna blow yourself up (or out hehe). And no disrespect to Alex and the rest of the RSD guys, I can understand where a lot of your criticism came from, but hopefully what I just said cleared things up a bit. We should all get together for a bazooka fight sometime…and ill still bring my sword, because thats how I roll motherfucker!

And “A lovesystems instructor” I am going to jagger the shit out of you so deep that you will be pissing jizz you limey piece of shit! How dare you insult my non-existent velvet jacket!

  10. In my opinion some of the things RSD teaches is helpful, and I thought the Blueprint was good.
But they are not the Gods they say they are. They only talk.
They close the threads they don’t like, talk about too much woo-woo selfhelp shit and too many guys there are just RSD fanboys, who even thought Alex’s crap video was great.
I have much respect for Tim and Ozzie (and even Tyler because “at least online” he seems like a good person to me.
But I think that Alex and Jlaix are assholes and I can’t really see the great attractive people they are supposed to be with all their self-help shit.
All they do is pump their state and act drunk in front of girls without being drunk. They totally disregard her comfort levels and just go around groping girls like stupid frat boys. THAT is their game and that is what they teach. You don’t need to pay 2k to learn that, just spend 15$ on a bottle of vodka. Sure, I’m sure they get laid, but:

    a) with what type of girls (only mediocre party girls as I have seen with my own eyes)

    b) with how much consistancy.

RSD teaches some useful things that Tyler has taken from reading hundreds of self-help books, but at the end of the day they are just a bunch of random dudes who like to go out and have fun and go crazy. There is nothing bad about that, but they aren’t as skilled as they make themselves to be or more “enlightened” than anyone else in the community. If you are a shy guy, sure they will give you some good advice to be more “unstifled”. If you want to have an abundance of beautiful women in your life, also look at other sources.
If you want “enlightment” don’t look at these people, they are not the kind of people you want to model.

    Cheers!

    Paul

  11. this may be a bit of a tangent but who wants to break it to the RSD folks that the word tonality doesn’t mean what they think it means? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tonality

  12. wow a bazooka, i want that, btw i liked the keys video, you portray yourself as a chill, supercool guy, just dont brag about your bazooka

  13. Inspired by this whole thing…

  14. Oh common, in an interview on a podcast, Cajun himself said that what he did was not solid game. It was just playing to the TV cameras, and getting numbers.

That being said, the basics are covered, and he demonstrated absolute control of body language. For TV shot, he rocked it. I don’t care that what I witnessed was just # closes in the shortest amount of time. Its just TV, for entertainment, not for demonstrating what goes on in your weekend long “bootcamps”.

Frankly, I don’t know what RSD is like. I just know that we ran into a local RSD coach this weekend and what he told us was just a big ole hard sell.

SHOW ME motherfucker, don’t TELL ME. I didn’t see it. If you can’t SHARE something of value when you meet PUA’s in the field that may consider signing up for a bootcamp, then it just smells to me that there’s not a whole lot substance behind the hard sale.

That being said, my friend did sign up and go through the bootcamp. They made him open 10 sets, he blew 6, but got 4 phone numbers. From where he was, that IS massive success… for him.

But I got some extra game, out of sheer experience of LIFE, and unless there’s a “bootcamp” format for “advanced students”, then I’m just not going to be interested.

I don’t need someone telling me that body language is the foundation of pickup… I learned the concept from Cajun (thanks man) and I learned the rest from reading, doing, and reading some more, etc.

Of anyone I could possibly consider a bootcamp or one-on-one, it would possibly BE Cajun because I never read a set of articles that so succinctly put the term “body language” into a concrete concept. I’ve had several “Ah ha” moments in the beginning, but none was as strong as Cajun’s material, and to me that speaks volumes.

And even he response to this article right now, this guy gets it. I don’t really care about the rest, and unless they can SHOW me something that blows my mind, I’m not interested in doling out 2 or 3Gs for some tool to tell me the 3 second rule. No thanks.

  15. more lovesystems instructor at KTTV ?? yes!!!
season 2 was good, 3 will be great!!!!!

  16. Seriously RSD has sunk to a new low, even for them. TD and his bunch of crewboys are tools who come up with nothing productive and just rip people off blantantly. I’m glad that Style warned us about them in the game, initially I was skeptical, but after posts like this from a tool named Alex,I find myself agreeing.

Anybody can attend a shitty bootcamp(aka RSD) and improve. It’s not very hard pushing newbis into sets and getting them open, or even getting a # close- it’s all about getting consistent results in and out of the field.

I may not like Lovesystems, but their conduct is..charming. Kudos to that, and continue leading this community.

  17. [...]Nothing wrong with that, I know a few people that pickup successfully at gay bars[...]
Yes, me too, but they are all gay!

  18. You guys want to see a real pua in action?

Check out TSB’s Mike Stoute infield video. He blows all you guys away!

    http://youtube.com/watch?v=BVAh8×7_92E

  19. haha

  20. I don’t know if you guys got that but Alex did apologize later on.

It’s madness over there though, Tyler himself often says that using routines now and then is perfectly fine. But the hordes of magicpill swallowing RSD fanboys forget that all too often. It’s really just an ego thing… They get off so hard from being all like CORE-MUTTHHAFUUKKKEN-CONFIDENCE etc etc and I AM SOOhOOhOOO EGOLESS/ENLIGHTENED AND ALL THAT IN THE NOW!

Of course they get all pissy and defensive if somebody shakes their realities a bit. It’s grade A chode behaviour, everything that doesn’t fit my worldview has got to be taken down.

RSD attracts these people that are often pretty dim witted and couldn’t be arsed to learn a routine to begin with and are basically just waiting for that *click*

and waiting and waiting and buying some more RSD products while they’re waiting some more.

  21. Bobby, I’m cockblocking your video… and putting it on my site.

    I wasn’t expecting that… lol

  22. Judge the material not the person.

Both methods are fine.. But you choose what you like.

In my city most us began using mystery method. But started hating using canned stuff and opinion openers. Soo we switched to natural.
    It’s harder but it’s you.

If someone else likes a different method then they should use it. It just seems ppl are defending they’re pick up style like it’s them. Its not them. Pick up is just a skill set.

By the way, Alex came down to our town for a bootcamp and for Jeffy’s world tour (Wut happened to Jeffy?). The guys who attended Jeffy’s world tour had to sign a wave stating that they would not teach any type of Pick Up for three years and that any revenue from pick up within those three years would god to RSD.

  23. Everyone who sees you write “deluxe” can see that you’re a fanboy trying to fit in. I hope you don’t go around saying it a lot in real life. It’s try hard, it’s ingenuine, it’s just painful to watch/read/hear. STOP IT! Here’s my wake up call of GLORY deluxe. Mega-Ultimate-Super-Duper-Wootastic deluxe advise: Stop worshipping these guys and act humble and normal.

  24. I wasnt impressed at all with the Cajun video. If you want to know how to get flakes, then maybe…
