Lots of valuable information on focusing, kino, being dominant, testing and framing. If you're looking for routines, then this book is not for you. The book has short stories about a character named "Patrick" where Vin describes Patrick's journey from AFC to PUA. You will experience Patrick's failures and success and how he evolves. What i really like about Attraction Code is how Vin sees "inner game." Most gurus have fucked up ways of overcoming fear, anxiety and insecurities. Vin explains that it's all about shifting your attention and focus. The book explains why you fuck up your conversations with women: don't know what to say next, coming off as boring and needy. It because you're not focused. This is the main point of the book. Again, you still need to get out there and practice this shit or the book is useless. It’s a good book.
