Ah... but they both tie together :)

The more attractive you make yourself (via body, clothes, haircut, whatever), the more people notice, and the better you feel.

The better you feel, the more confident you are... the more confident you are, the more you allow your personality to shine.

You'll never hear me say that this is a "one stop" fix.

In fact, it's just one leg of improvement that ties in with all of the others in a symbiotic nature.

Because, the fact is (again, research proven), when you begin to improve one part of your life, and start to see results, you want to improve other areas of your life.

Being aware of your "look" (and yes that includes your body), is a fundamental that almost every single man that I know that's great with women is aware of... and puts to use.

Oh... and for the record... I care :)

actually it depends on what product the "self-proclaimed expert" sells!
- If he is selling advise for a workout program good looking matters!
- If he is selling psychological advise "good looking" dosen´t matter its all about personality!

what ever, who cares !!!

Hey Lance...

Great points. First, Adonis is being marketed in exactly the way that people think about getting in shape. Over 90% of men and women aren't getting into shape because of health or general fitness reasons... they're doing it for aesthetic purposes...

No one would exercise if it made them look uglier... lol... no matter the health benefits (research proven)

For someone like yourself, your Adonis Index is probably something that you've been using to your advantage for a long time... as "athletic" bodies generally fall reasonibly close to the perfect AI score.

The true strength of any program (or goal) lies within it's metrics... or how you measure your progress.

With the Adonis Index (shoulder/waist ratio), guys have a much better chance of hitting the goal that they REALLY WANT... rather than focusing on a metric (like bodyweight) that really tells you nothing about your body and how it's composed.

Also, by focusing on a "getting chicks" goal with your workouts, you automatically get the benefit of better health, but the opposite won't always be true.

I will admit, there is some skepticism with the program. That's why we give out the free sample on the site and supply all of the research and research videos to everyone to judge for themselves.

All in all, this is a classic case of giving men exactly what they want... all hype and fluff aside.

As we all know, it's not your "looks" that matter... but your "look"... and your body definitely contributes heavily to "look"

If anyone has questions or concerns, I am fairly easy to find :)

I have to admit, I'm fairly skeptical. Maybe if I talk to a few real guys who have actually done the program (or sampled the product). Free workout programs are prevalent on the 'net and I imagine just being generally in shape will do approx. what Adonis is doing. I'm not a researcher or trainer, though. Also, why not market a workout program just for the benefit of general well being and fitness? Does it have to be geared toward getting chicks?

I am a former college athlete and I still work my ass off to stay in shape. It's tough work, arguably as hard as growing your game. Going to the gym, dieting, AND going out every night to sarge is a major triple whammy. Maybe if I didn't have a full time job I could do all three.

Yes, the matching principle has been tested. Check out the research by Berscheid et al (1971).

A great body isn't enough. First you have to open your mouth to a woman and have some game.
