One of the hardest things I have is that I keep thinking that girls view the world and act the same way I do. Something like: "Girls care a lot about your personality and very little about your looks. I’d say that looks are 5% of the equation and personality is 95%. That’s not an exaggeration - it’s based on my personal experience of not being a very good looking guy who girls really like." Needs to be constantly beat into guys like me's heads (I'm sure there were a dozen grammatical errors in that last sentence but I'm gonna DHV by showing non-reactiveness ;-) Word!
