This post by Herbal is really good.

Just a couple of other things i'd like to add about approaching that stranger all alone at the coffee shop:

1. Why should it matter what she thinks anyway. The point is for you to be the man and initiate anyway, no matter what she thinks. this allows you to "be the man" and go for what you want in life without attaching any significance to outcomes.

2. Why not flip your irrational thoughts for something that has not happened yet from a negative to a positive spin before your approach. Instead of thinking "She's there all alone so she wants to be left alone" all you need to do is think that she is there all alone because NOBODY AS EVER HA THE BALLS TO APPROACH HER LIKE THIS BEFORE, and that she wants to be approached and have a great time. If an event has not happened yet in the reality why do we need to give it such a negative outcome in our minds instead of a positive one if the girls reaction has not yet become a reality.

Question to weekly@makeherchaseyou.com:

What should I do when I lose interest in her as soon as she starts chasing me.
