I just came to this realization because I was laying in bed with a girl, and she said,
“Do you think I’m fat?”
“Of course not…” I responded quickly.
“Ok”
This got me thinking about my insecurities and how I overcame many of them.
Have any of my qualities that I agonized over changed? No.
Have any of my qualities effected my game? Yes.
Do they now? Sometimes.
What have I done to make them go away? Did I work on them individually? No…
The way you overcome insecurities is to outline a plan of action. Ask yourself: Can you change it? If so, change it. If the answer is no, then… ACCEPT IT.
Once you accept your insecurities that you cannot change, they lose ALL POWER.
That is how you overcome inner game insecurities. Just accept them.
Are you short? Yes… I’m short, so what. Done.
Are you super tall? Yes… I’m super short, so what. Done.
This technique is extremely simple, but once mastered can change your life. You should re frame your insecurities into positive qualities to help yourself accept them. After a little time you’ll notice that these “weaknesses” become strengths.

They use this technique in “intention manifestation”. You can go crazy thinking about outcomes you don’t want. The bottom line to accept them. Just say, so what? This is outcome may be bad; or so what? This may be a flaw of mine.
If you accept it, what happens is you diffuse negative thinking. You accept that you’ll deal with the problem, and you move on.
